We are a staffing and outsourcing company that facilitates the connection between businesses and highly skilled remote professionals. We operate the website https://jobs.abroadworks.com/ (the "Site"), as well as offer other related products and services that refer or link to these Terms of Use (the "Legal Terms").

"Confidential Information" shall mean all information of confidential nature relating to AbroadWorks, in any form (verbally, in writing, by inspection, demonstration or by any other means), disclosed or supplied (whether before or after the Use of the Services) to you by, or at the direction of, AbroadWorks including, without limitation, any information relating to the Purpose (as defined below) or to AbroadWorks’ financial or credit status, product or service information, computer programs, documentation, trade secrets, systems, methodology, marketing and other commercial knowledge, techniques, operations, processes, know-how and business affairs. Confidential Information shall also include the fact that you and AbroadWorks are discussing the Purpose and the status of any discussions and negotiations related to such Purpose. For purposes of these Legal Terms, any information of a confidential nature relating to AbroadWorks’ clients, employees, or other contractors shall be considered as Confidential Information.
"Services" refers to the available functionalities which you may utilize by accessing the Site and/or creating a User Account, as applicable.
"Third Party Extraction of Information" refers to a User obtaining information from the Site for non-commercial purposes.
"Use" refers to your access to the Site and/or act of availing any of the functionalities of the Site, including the Services.
"User" refers to you, any individual, whether visitor or applicant, or third-party machine learning and artificial intelligence models, whether generative or another type.
"User Account" refers to an identity you create on the Site by your submission of certain information required for such purpose.
The information we provide in the Site is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, Users who access the Services from such locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc., so if your interactions are subjected to such laws, you may not Use the Services. You may not Use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
The Services are intended for Users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to Use or register for the Use of the Services.
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and the Company, concerning your access to the Site and Use of the Services. If you create a User Account in the Site and continue to Use our Services, we will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by info@abroadworks.com, unless otherwise stated in the notice. By continuing to Use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
If you create a User Account in the Site, it is your responsibility:
To protect your password and ensure that your account is secure;
Not to share your account credentials with anyone;
If you have a suspicion that anyone other than you knows your account credentials and/or has accessed your User Account, promptly notify us at info@abroadworks.com
We may use information you provide to train AI. By creating a User Account in the Site, you agree that we may use the information we collect and publicly available information (including your personal information, subject to our Privacy Policy) to help train our machine learning or artificial intelligence models for the purposes outlined in these Legal Terms and Privacy Policy. By creating a User Account, you grant us the right to use and share your information for training our machine learning or artificial intelligence models. If you request to have your information deleted, you understand that we may not be able to delete information already extracted by third-party AI platforms in accordance with the Legal Terms.
During the validity of your User Account and within one (1) year from its deletion, you agree not to create another User Account. To submit an account deletion request, please email info@abroadworks.com containing the following: name, email address registered, mobile number registered. By agreeing to the Legal Terms, you understand that AbroadWorks may keep the information you provided when you created the User Account (i.e., name, e-mail address, contact number, resume) to prevent immediate recreation of the said User Account. Retained information will be deleted one (1) year after deletion of User Account.

AbroadWorks is in the staffing augmentation business and provides its clients with contractors like you who have specific technical skills and relevant work experience. If you have applied for an advertised contractor role with AbroadWorks and the latter is interested to initiate discussions to evaluate your eligibility and suitability for the role (the "Purpose"), you acknowledge that AbroadWorks may disclose Confidential Information concerning its business and that of its clients. Therefore, AbroadWorks sets forth the manner by which its Confidential Information will be treated.
In using the Services, you agree to (a) keep confidential and not disclose the Confidential Information to anyone; (b) not use the Confidential Information for any purposes other than the Purpose; (c) not to alter, decompile, disassemble or, reverse engineer, or otherwise modify the Confidential Information; and (d) not disclose, produce, publish, permit access to, or reveal the Confidential Information disclosed hereunder, at any time prior to AbroadWorks" intentional public disclosure of that information, without AbroadWorks" prior written consent. In the event that you are required by law to disclose any Confidential Information, you agree to provide AbroadWorks with prompt written notice of such requirement so that AbroadWorks may seek, at its sole expense, a protective order or other appropriate remedy.
Upon your initial interview with our client and within six (6) months thereafter, you agree not to, without our prior consent:
Provide services, work for or be engaged/employed by such AbroadWorks client pursuant to the Purpose, except through assignment or formal referral by AbroadWorks to such client; or
Induce any AbroadWorker who you have any interaction with during your application process to leave such employment or engagement.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on the Site, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (collectively, the "Content").
Our Content is protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world.
The Content is provided through the Site "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

If we remove, or if you fail to edit any such Submissions after the period given in the request, we may suspend or disable your account and report you to the authorities.
