For this role, our client is in pursuit of an exceptional Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for a blend of digital marketing tasks and accounting responsibilities. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least a year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Must have strong knowledge of QuickBooks for financial management.
  • Must be familiar with SEO principles, website design, and ranking strategies.
  • Must have experience with Google Docs, Google AdWords, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Generate profit reports and manage payroll efficiently, and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
  • Assist with Google Ads campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Conduct research on competitors and market trends to enhance strategies.
  • Optimize the website for search engine ranking and user experience.
  • Post and manage items on Facebook Marketplace to boost sales.
  • Assist with website design and ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize ChatGPT and Google Docs for drafting content, reports, and business materials.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data collection and organization.
  • Gather and analyze information on competitors to improve overall business strategies.

Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:​​

  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
