Job Description:
As a Technical Virtual Assistant, you must have experience using Ontraport software and, preferably, WordPress, Mailchimp, Stripe, ClickUp, and Monday. This role is focused on technical and marketing tasks to maintain and enhance operational efficiency of a life coaching business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, specifically Ontraport and advanced MailChimp knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in WordPress for managing website updates and content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage with clients.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience generating reports using Stripe.
- Familiarity with managing virtual meetings via Zoom.
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as ClickUp or Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
- Expertise in managing CRM platforms, especially Ontraport.
- Alternatively, advanced proficiency with MailChimp for email marketing and automation tasks.

- Perform basic updates, create and publish posts, and design simple pages as needed.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients when required.

- Generate and analyze reports using Stripe to assist with financial tracking.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
