For this role, we are in need of an experienced Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex technical projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position during Indian Standard Time, but may be required to report during Eastern Time to accommodate for client and internal meetings.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

• Must have at least 7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in the Information Technology industry.
  
• Must have at least 3 years of experience using PHP, Node.js, ReactJS, and Laravel with extensive hands-on experience within the past 12 months.
• Must be a certified Project Master Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master.
• Must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc).
• Must have prior experience with database management tools such as SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Must have proven experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Must be highly knowledgeable of version tools like Git and GitHub.
  
• Must be fluent in speaking Hindi.
• Preferably with prior experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
  

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:​​​​

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, including defining project scope, targets, and deliverables in collaboration with necessary stakeholders.
• Design detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support for development teams, including conducting code reviews, staying updates with the latest trends in programming, and mentoring junior developers.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and development teams, facilitating clear and transparent communication among all parties.
  
• Organize and lead meetings to update stakeholders on project progress.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of all project components by establishing effective testing procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project analysis.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  
• Compensation range: 28 lakh - 45 lakh per annum or $16.50 - $26.50 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
