For this role, we are seeking a tenured and talented Specialized Customer Service Representative with a background or strong understanding of wheels and tires. The ideal candidate are expected to be enthusiastic about problem-solving, with a positive attitude. We are looking for a passionate, outgoing, and resourceful professional who is willing to go the extra mile for our customers and whose self-reliant and proactive nature can provide a steady pace of growth for the company. This is a full time position during Eastern Standard Time.

Successful candidates for this role are expected to have the following attributes:

  • Must be bilingual and have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Must hold a minimum of 1 year of experience with an international call center.
  • Must have knowledge of wheels and tires, whether gained through professional experience, personal business, or hands-on familiarity.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working for a company specializing in wheels and tires is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive terminology or related products.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

  • Provide professional and efficient customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and troubleshooting related to wheels and tires.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends related to wheels and tires.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining attention to detail.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time employment.
  • Compensation range: $5.00 - $8.00 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
