For this role, our client is in search of a Solutions Architect to be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for various development projects, preparing solutions for complex requirements, and thinking outside the box to identify and propose innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate must be able to think critically, work collaboratively with the team, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Laravel, Node, React, Angular, WordPress, and/or Magento
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and tools
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand project requirements and design technical solutions that meet those requirements
- Create detailed solution architectures and technical designs for projects, taking into account scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology platforms, frameworks, and tools to implement the technical solutions
- Participate in code and architecture reviews to ensure technical solutions meet established standards and best practices
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to technical processes, procedures, and tools to increase efficiency and quality of software development
- Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to stay up-to-date and ensure that the technical solutions are modern and effective
This job is for full-time employment from 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid)
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance)
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
*Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.

Our Hiring Process
