For this role, our client is searching for a skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of IT infrastructure, network and security as well as assuming key roles in on-going projects. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time from 9 AM - 5 PM.

This Job has a competitive negotiable salary based on previous experience and seniority etc. 

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure (Virtualization, Servers, Network, Security).
• Must have proven experience with administering Office 365 Tenant, VMWare, MSSQL, Veeam, SolarWinds NPM, and other enterprise solutions.
  
• Must have experience with managing HA clusters, IPsec tunnels, firewalls, and storage appliances.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to promptly identify and resolve complex issues.
  
• Must have a diploma or degree in Computer Science and/or 5 years of related work experience.
• Must have a certification in one or more of the following: CompTIA Network +, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, ITIL, VMWare, or PaloAlto.
• Must have a professional understanding of CLI and PowerShell scripting.
• Must be knowledgeable of change management processes, ITIL, and security principles.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within the organization and with external parties.
• Must be highly self-motivated and team-oriented with keen attention to details.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:​​​​

• Establish and maintain baselines for optimal performance and secure configuration of all in-place software solutions and devices.
• Monitor all in-place solutions and devices for efficient and appropriate operations.
• Investigate errors and anomalous activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
• Recommend additional IT solutions or changes to existing solutions to improve overall enterprise IT systems.
  
• Maintain all software, servers, network, and security devices up-to-date as per vendors’ recommendations and best practices.
• Perform upgrades, deployments, integrations, and other configurations of all IT solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Participate in the planning and designing of enterprise IT architecture.
• Engage in the creation of enterprise IT documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures).
• Oversee the planning, designing, and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Adhere to all enterprise policies, audit requirements and industry regulations.
• Occasional travel to stores for equipment deployments or upgrades.
  
• Participate in on-call support rotation.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
