For this role, our client is looking for an experienced Sales Support and Operations Manager with experience importing products from China and overseas marketers who will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time from 9 AM - 5 PM.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Sales Support and Operations Manager or similar role involving buying, selling, sales support, or high-level administrative tasks.
  • Must have experience with importing products from China or other overseas markets.
  • Must have experience with Brick and Mortar retail.
  • Must have a strong understanding of corporate retail processes and requirements, particularly for large chain retailers.
  • Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
  • Manage high-level administrative tasks related to buying, selling, and corporate retail activities.
  • Oversee and coordinate the import of goods, with a primary focus on products sourced from China.
  • Maintain detailed records of shipments, purchases, and sales transactions, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with large chain retail partners, ensuring adherence to their specific processes and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and standards.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time employment.
  • Compensation range: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
