Job Description:
As a Revit Designer, you must have a strong foundation in architectural design principles and expertise in developing detailed 3D models and construction documentation. The ideal candidate will bring experience across various project phases and types, including commercial tenant improvements, residential single-family, and multi-family projects. Proficiency in Revit and a commitment to quality and collaboration are essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Expertise in Revit, including modeling, documentation, and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in BIM clash detection tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction documentation.
- Experience working on various project types, including:
- Familiarity with all phases of the architectural design process, including schematic design, design development, permitting, and construction documentation.
- Experience working on United States-based projects, with an understanding of relevant standards and international building codes.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to delivering quality work.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with additional BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and sustainable design principles.
- Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural and design projects using Revit software.
- Create detailed construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and seamless coordination.
- Prepare and manage Revit families, templates, and project standards to maintain consistency across deliverables.
- Conduct BIM clash detection to identify and resolve design and coordination conflicts using relevant tools and techniques.
- Ensure all work adheres to company graphic and technical standards while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate coordinated and accurate construction drawings and documentation across all project phases.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring consistency throughout the design, permitting, and construction phases.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and efficient design solutions aligned with the studio's mission and values.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
