For this role, we are looking for a tenured Product Owner who will be responsible for developing a product's strategy, vision, and roadmap while making sure they align with corporate objectives and consumer needs. You will serve as the main point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, guaranteeing that the product is produced according to schedule, meets specifications, and satisfies market demands. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least one year of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Must have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Must have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and communicate the product's vision and strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the team.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Make informed decisions regarding scope changes, timelines, and product releases.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and best practices.

  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Compensation range: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
