For this role, our client is seeking a creative Marketing Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for marketing a differentiated product via social media management, paid advertisement management, content creation, search engine optimization, and digital marketing and analytics. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM - 5PM.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Must have at least a year of experience as a Marketing Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Must have a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Must have over 5 years of experience in marketing differentiated products, with proven success in social media marketing (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.), content creation, and lead generation.
- Must have strong project management skills, excellent written communication, and proficiency in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and SEO techniques.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), social media platforms, Google Ads, and website management.
- Must be highly organized, creative, independent, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably with experience in the educational sector and familiarity with marketing for lead generation.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social media, email, paid ads) that align with the company's brand identity and goals.
- Oversee the company's presence on all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Yelp.
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, and stories) to build brand awareness and foster consumer engagement.
- Implement social media strategies to increase loyalty, engagement, and follower growth, including influencer marketing programs and real-time interactions.
- Develop creative marketing materials, such as flyers, banners, digital signage, in-store communications, and promotional content for websites.
- Update and maintain company websites with blog posts.
- Design and manage promotional materials for events, sales days, and company campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding standards.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage lead generation, nurturing, and drip campaigns, documenting all interactions and following established scripts for outreach.
- Make and receive phone calls to/from new and existing leads, qualifying them and guiding them through the sales process.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and HubSpot CRM to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Continuously optimize website pages for SEO and manage keyword strategies to boost online visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and promotional materials needed for sales events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth marketing execution and a consistent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and marketing performance within the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to keep the company at the forefront of industry practices.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Compensation range: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
