For this role, our client is in search for a skilled FP&A Manager who will be responsible for playing a key role in financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time from 9 AM - 5 PM.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Must have at least a year of experience as an FP&A Manager or similar role.
- Must have strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
- Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Must have effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
- Evaluate the financial impact of proposed business strategies and provide recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Analyze budget variances and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to key stakeholders.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to measure business performance.
- Work closely with operational teams to understand and explain financial performance.
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior management.
- Provide decision support through data-driven insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in FP&A.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Compensation range: $10.00 - 14.50 per hour.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
