For this role, our client is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant with experience using American Express (AMEX) Global Business Travel System who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and COO, ensuring their schedules are meticulously managed and their time is optimized for maximum productivity. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time from 9 AM - 5 PM.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least a year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Must have previous experience with corporate travel and expense systems such as AMEX Global Business Travel System. 
  • Must have proven experience supporting executives, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Must have demonstrated record of providing exemplary client service.
  • Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a friendly demeanor and service-oriented attitude.
  • Must be proficient in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong work ethics, and a keen attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Utilize the AMEX Global Business Travel system to facilitate travel bookings.
  • Keep the calendars of the CEO and COO up-to-date, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between external parties and internal partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver white-glove client service, ensuring all interactions with clients are professional, courteous, and reflective of our commitment to excellence.
  • Assist with all travel needs of the executives, including booking travel arrangements, communicating travel plans, and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $4.00 - 5.50 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
