For this role, our client is in search of an experienced E-commerce Website Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and enhancement of multiple e-commerce websites across their brand portfolio. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time from 9 AM - 5 PM.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

• Must have at least a year of experience as a Website Manager or similar role.
• Must have proven experience in managing e-commerce websites.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Must have a bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Must have strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency.
• Must have expertise with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and CMS tools like WordPress.
• Must be proficient in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Must have a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Must have advanced SEO knowledge, including keyword research, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Must be highly proficient with CMS management, content creation, and version control.
• Must have excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Must have excellent problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to new technologies, and strong communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:​​​​

• Design, develop, and manage website projects from conception to execution, ensuring high web functionality, design, and aesthetics standards.
• Maintain and enhance the performance of existing e-commerce platforms, integrating new features and functionalities as needed. Implement responsive web design to ensure optimal viewing experiences across various devices.
• Manage CMS platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
• Optimize websites for search engines using advanced SEO strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and PPC.
• Analyze website analytics and user engagement metrics, preparing reports to drive future website strategies.
• Ensure websites comply with industry standards and privacy regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and maintain security protocols.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets business goals.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  
• Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Compensation range: $8.00 - 11.00 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
