For this role, our client is in search of an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, developing and organizing webinars, automating relevant processes, and utilizing social media platforms for content posting. This is for full-time work during Eastern Time from 10 AM - 6 PM.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Must have at least a year of relevant experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant or similar role.
- Must be highly attentive to details.
- Expertise with ActiveCampaign for Email Marketing automation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with GoTo Webinar for webinar hosting is an advantage.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing email marketing campaigns (including automation processes).
- Creating and optimizing email sequences for various purposes.
- Developing and organizing webinars, transforming them into bite-sized videos.
- Posting webinar content on relevant social media platforms.
- Implementing automated email follow-ups with webinar attendees.
- Monitoring and analyzing statistics related to webinar attendance.
- Setting up and optimizing automated marketing sequences.
- Building and managing lead funnels for targeted audience engagement.
- Executing marketing strategies to promote a new podcast.
- Collaborating on designing promotional materials/content.
- Utilizing social media platforms for posting content and analyzing statistics.
- Contributing to the development and execution of social media marketing plans.
- Creating compelling lead magnets to attract and capture potential leads.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time employment.
- Compensation range: $4 - 8.50 per hour.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
