For this role, our client is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with experience in the Finance/Banking Industry who will be responsible for managing the training schedules and bookings for pilots across various training centers. This position will start at 30 hours per week during Eastern Standard Time from 10AM - 4PM and will transition to full-time after 2-3 months.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Must have at least a year of experience as a Virtual Assistant in the Finance/Banking Industry or similar role.
- Must have experience with U.S.-based financial institutions (e.g., Chase, HSBC, Bank of America).
- Must have experience with scheduling crew training calendars and uploading documents accurately.
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be highly reliable with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Communicate directly with pilots and training centers to book, adjust, or cancel training sessions.
- Ensure efficient coordination to optimize training slots and minimize scheduling conflicts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to training schedules.
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records for security and reporting purposes.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Compensation range: $4.00 - $5.00 per hour.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
