For this role, we are in need of a seasoned Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM to 5PM.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least a year of experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Must have professional experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. 
  • Must be highly familiar with sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must be an excellent communicator, highly motivated and proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.
  • Must have the ability to engage potential clients, analyze and tailor client needs accordingly, and build and maintain professional relationships through networking events and industry forums.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and efficiently understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads to identify potential opportunities.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of the company's services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential clients and gather valuable insight and feedback to improve sales processes.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion while also maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Compensation range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
