Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR)/Sales Representative at AbroadWorks, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads to identify potential opportunities.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce AbroadWorks' services.
- Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their staffing and hiring needs, challenges, and goals.
- Presentations: Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of AbroadWorks' services.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to help improve our services and sales processes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver engaging and effective presentations and demos.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and understand client needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry trends and challenges.
- Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software and technology tools to optimize sales processes.
