For this role, we are in search of an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help in the day-to-day operations of the company including email and calendar management, Data management, General Admin work, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Successful candidates are expected to possess the following work-related experiences:

  • 2+ Years of experience as  Virtual Assistant.
  • Real Estate experience is a must.
  • Property Management Knowledge is a must.
  • Experience in phone tasks is a huge advantage.

Successful candidates are also expected to possess the following attributes:

  • Able to demonstrate ingenuity and perceptiveness.

  • A great work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the job.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Superb interpersonal skills.

Duties and responsibilities involve but are not limited to the following:

  • Take incoming calls (especially regarding maintenance).
  • deal with/make work orders if there are any issues.
  • Accounts Receivable (collect the rent from each property).
  • Schedule inspections and repairs with tenants.
  • Accounts Payable (enter bills as they come in)

Candidates will be asked to complete one or two brief assessments so that we can get an understanding of their competencies with the above-mentioned skills. Applicants who score well on these assessments will then be invited to a face-to-face interview via Zoom.

This job is for Full-time employment during U.S. Eastern Time from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid)
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance)
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
  • Fully-paid HealthCare benefits will be provided after 2 months of full-time employment.

*Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days in year 2 would be six, in year 3 seven, etc.
