We are currently in search of a remote Account Manager. This role requires a unique individual who can present our services genuinely, establishing meaningful connections with potential clients, rather than pushing a hard-sell approach.

Job Description: 

As an Account Manager, you will be chiefly responsible for transforming leads into prospective clients. You are the face of AbroadWorks, promoting our services in an authentic and engaging way. Your focus will be on forming relationships, understanding the needs of potential clients, and conveying the benefits of our services in a way that resonates with their needs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of potential clients and effectively communicate how AbroadWorks can address those needs.
  • Present our services and the overarching mission of AbroadWorks to potential clients in a way that builds trust and fosters a long-term relationship.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts from real-world interactions with clients and prospects.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.

Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes: 

  • Must have excellent English communication skills.
  • Has the ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Great logical and verbal reasoning skills.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • A great work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the job.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid)
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance)
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work

*Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
